Caspian Dream Liner is an apart-hotel concept on an artificial island in the Caspian Sea visualized in photorealistic 3D. Inspired by luxury yachts and futuristic design this project reimagines hospitality architecture as a vessel for transformation. In this case study we reveal how cinematic rendering and emotional storytelling turn a bold architectural concept into a marketing asset that invites the viewer to imagine a new way of living.
